SSW software is try-before-you-buy software, which provides you with the unique opportunity to use the software before you buy it. If you're not satisfied with the software you may remove it without spending a cent. If, however, you proceed to register your copy of the software, it is assumed that you have already evaluated it, and are pleased with the product. This effectively makes returns unnecessary.
Now, we realize that some of you may have been hasty in registering the software, or that your needs may change immediately after purchase. Therefore, we will honor requests for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and return every cent of the purchase price.
We are unable to issue refunds after 14 days past the purchase date.
Naturally, this policy excludes any SSW custom software solution.
