This error is caused by a bug in the earlier builds of .NET Framework 2.0. If you get this problem, please uninstall .NET Framework 2.0.

This bug has been fixed in .NET Framework 2.0 Beta 2, if you do need .NET Framework 2.0, please install the Beta 2 or any later versions.
