I am running SSW Performance PRO! on a machine running Windows 98. I do not have a printer installed.
When the reports are generated I get a warning message that some form might not work because no printer is installed. Then the whole process just stops and I don’t get any report. Can I view a report in a SSW Product with no printer installed?
Access reports cannot be displayed when no printer driver has been installed on a machine.
Any of the SSW product range that are developed in Access will have this limitation. The only solution is to install a printer driver before trying to run a SSW Product such as SSW Performance PRO!
Note: A printer does NOT have to be connected to the machine, but Access needs the printer driver to be installed.
