Access will use the version of Access that was last used on your computer. (The same thing as when you open an mdb file)
You can see what version of Access it is using by having a look in your event log. You should get something like “Loaded C:\Program Files\SSW\Access Reporter\Sample\SSWReporterForIIS2000.adp using Access version 11.0” Access 11 is Access 2003.
If you still believe that Access Reporter is using he incorrect version of Access then remove the older versions of Access on your server.
The samples that get supplied with Access Reporter are for Access 2000 and higher. However Access reporter will work with Version 97 and up.
