Of course, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs have their own range of shortcut keys many of which are consistent and some of them you may already know like:
- Save Ctrl + S
- Print Ctrl + P
- Open Ctrl + O
- New Ctrl + N
- Bold (toggle) Ctrl + B
- Italic (toggle) Ctrl + I
- Underline (toggle) Ctrl + U
(toggle) means that each time you press that keystroke it reverses the current setting. A selected word is changed to Bold if you press Ctrl + B. Press the keys again, it'll revert to non-bold.
