How could I upsize queries with Access built-in functions like IIF, Format to SQL Server?

If you had an Access SELECT query:

SELECT tblCompany.CompanyID,
tblCompany.CompanyName,
tblCompany.Address,
IIf([Licence]=True,"Licence","No Licence") AS Policy
FROM tblCompany;

then Microsoft Upsizing Wizard would fail to upsize such queries to views because these functions don't exist in SQL Server.
