I have downloaded SSWUpsizingPRO_ver3-1.zip and installed it. Executing the SSWUpsizingPRO.mde gave me the message 'unrecognized database format'.

We use access97! What can be the problem?

SSW Upsizing PRO!' needs Access 2000 to run - although it will analyze an Access 97 database.
