Microsoft's Upsizing Wizard can fail for many reasons with pretty useless error messages in most cases. SSW Upsizing PRO! was created for this purpose. To help you change data and structure in your data.mdb so the Upsizing Wizard will work. The functionality you are looking for exists in Microsoft's Upsizing Wizard - if you choose to convert to an ADP instead of Linked Tables (this is the step you are having a problem with) it will try to convert the queries.
It converts queries without parameters to views I
t converts queries with parameters to stored procs
It skips any difficult queries ie. Nesting, Pivots, Unions..... You will have to do those manually
